Our artisans are our motivation - we pay them 2-5X the minimum wage of their home country. This provides them with a livable wage and fair opportunity to develop and expand their craft.
Vineworks is a socially responsible company that works to provide fair trade jobs while actively reinvesting profits back into developing countries around the globe. 50% of profits are given to causes such as education, micro-loans, medical development, feeding programs, and churches. The other 50% of profits are reinvested into building a global marketplace that connects consumers with underdeveloped markets while promoting ethical purchases.
