Yes! Shipping to Canada, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand and the United Kingdom is calculated automatically at checkout through either USPS or DHL (customers choice). For all other international countries, email us at email@example.com and we can get you a custom shipping quote.
Most three-day (expedited shipping) orders may actually be delivered in one or two days; however, our three-day shipping is based on three business days for orders placed by 2pm (i.e. orders placed at 3pm on a Friday MAY not be delivered until the following Wednesday). If our shipping carriers don't get the package to you in time, simply contact us, and we will refund the expedited shipping fee.
Unfortunately, no. Our system only supports one coupon code per order. If you are looking to order wholesale, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you discounted pricing for your fundraiser or boutique.
Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes are good off non-sale, non-bundle items. We do this in order to continue to pay our artisans a fair wage and make sure that we promote development in nations of poverty. Some coupon codes are good on the entire marketplace while others apply to specific collections or items.
While some of our items have the name of the artisan on them, others are produced by groups of artisans, and the name of the specific person isn't included with the item. One thing to know for sure, however, is that each purchase is providing a job for a person in a developing country with 50% of profits being directly reinvested.
Because we work in many different countries with many different artisan groups the wages vary. Two things that we mandate are that artisans have a sustainable and livable income and that their wage is significantly higher than what they would usually make (usually two-five times the market wage).

At Vineworks, we don't believe in just providing charity to countries in poverty. It just simply doesn't work. Individuals in these countries depend on hand outs for their everyday needs instead of creating a brighter future. Vineworks wants to be a part of the brighter future through our 2X Model. First we provide jobs for artisans in developing countries, paying them a fair wage up front. The second part is that we give back 50% of profits into those countries to promote further development through microloans, schools, medical aid and building projects.
50% of profits is the minimum that we will give back. Unfortunately, working in developing countries can be expensive from partner development to sourcing raw materials, shipping and customs. Any remaining profits are used to develop new opportunities in nations of poverty.
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy for all items sold online unless otherwise noted. For defective items, Vineworks will cover all costs associated with giving you a replacement item. If it simply doesn't fit your needs you are also welcome to return the item within 30 days as long as you pay return shipping and the product is still in NEW, UNUSED condition. Vineworks reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund amount.
